    The chandelier is beautiful. Came whole, works. But!!! Delivery more than 3 months!!!! Sent by regular mail, for months did not track and stood still. The box is all crumpled, twisted. The size seems much smaller.

    The chandelier is just divine! real crystal came 2 broken. But the seller sent them to me, I hope they will come to me. the chandelier is made of aluminum. Beautiful ash color!

    It was just OK when I received and unpacked the package. However, I was astonishing by it after put it up! Super beautiful and luxury. Looks like real diamonds shinning in my room. It was much more than what I expected. The installation is also very friendly. Settled the skeleton first then hanged up all the crystal strings. I don’t know whether because some portions of this product is handmade, there were some tiny scratches on the metal portions, but it was OK and not visible after the installation. All my family members were super satisfied with this light!

    OK this light is great and I love it and would buy it again!! I have hired an electrician to install as align and so on D. More difficult… we tried to do it ourselves and decided to leave it to professionals. It took a long time to add all the glass drop drop and adjust all the branches, but I wanted everything to be perfect. You will break some!! 8 broke, and I broke 6, dropping them… But don’t worry, there are extra ones and we still had about 10 left. We put the carpet under the light during the installation and it saved some breakage when they fell down. Branches move easily, and after installation they need to move so that the glasses do not touch each other. The final result is worth it-it’s amazing and perfect!!
